HoAmPresst Publishing is now under the ownership of Ayton Publishing Limited. This is hardly the merger/acquisition of the century, more an attempt to get an 'umbrella' for work and make things easier and cheaper to run.

Ayton Publishing Limited was established to re-publish works by 'forgotten' writers (mostly Scottish) and the first 32 volume 'Galloway Collection' features the work of Scotland's 'forgotten bestseller' S.R.Crockett. More information is available HERE.

Ayton also now looks after the lists for HoAmPresst Publishing and Guerrilla Midgie Press (the advocacy publisher) and is in the process of setting up a 'one stop' virtual bookstore so that you can buy work from one place. Work is also still available via Amazon online, but we are committed to offering choice to readers, thus want to make work available on all platforms as cheaply as possible.

Have you read Brand Loyalty? Today is the 3rd anniversary of publication.  Join the party by saying what you thought of it.  Short, pithy remarks are welcome, as are long, rambling, diatribes.  There’s not a ‘star’ in sight, just your chance to tell the world what you thought about it.

Add your comments to the box below.

To find out more about the ‘story’ behind Brand Loyalty, you can download a FREE ‘Try before you buy’ ebook which fills you in on the background, the long journey from idea to page. It also features some reviews and excerpts from the novel.  Just click HERE for the free ebook.

And if you haven’t already read Brand Loyalty (or want to get an early Christmas present for a friend/family member), don’t miss out on the SPECIAL OFFER here.

Read Cally Phillips’ 3rd anniversary blog post HERE.

Ten years ago this week Cally Phillips 'launched' her first novel The Threads of Time.  All this week she's blogging about the 'journey' at McVoices and on the anniversary itself (3rd) she'll be virtually recreating the experience as a Facebook Event on her page.  Check around this site for more information about The Threads of Time including reviews, the launch 'speech' and the story behind the story.

Launch, Relaunch

You wait 10 years for a Triptych then two come along at once.

Welcome to the revamped HoAmPresst Publishing website.  Our first piece of news is the today's launch of Triptych and by extension, Triptych 2.

Picture
Triptych is:
'A powerful and cleverly constructed trio of plays linked in subtle but unmistakable ways.'

In Love is an Urban Myth, we are cast as voyeurs into the relationship of Dave and Sarah and learn that beginnings, middles and endings in life rarely come in all the expected places.

In When Time Stands Still, the kitchen sink drama is transported to Mars. Matti, Armstrong and Elaine struggle with a love triangle which is literally out of this world and outside time.

In The Other Side of the Mountain, Xavier and James explore the dichotomy between the living and the intellectual Dao in their search for Lao Tzu. And have to come to terms with their own mortality in the process.

'These are intense, engaging and ultimately deeply moving explorations of human relationships under pressure.''

‘I would love to see any or all of these three powerful plays on stage, but they also make a satisfying and thought provoking read.
' (Catherine Czerkawska, playwright)

These three plays while written some years apart, were performed together as Triptych over a weekend in March 2003 and are being published to mark the 10th anniversary of that event.
